Terms of Service

Tallyo is a scorekeeping tool: it records the numbers you enter and does the arithmetic. We do not organise or take part in gambling of any kind and we never handle money. The settlement view is just a calculation; whether and how anyone settles up is entirely the users’ own decision and responsibility, subject to the laws where they live.

Do not abuse the service: no flooding the API, mass-creating rooms, posting unlawful content or impersonating others. The room code or link is the access credential — you control who you share it with. You are responsible for what you enter, and we may remove rooms or content that are unlawful or abusive.

So that the service can operate, you grant us the right to store and process what you enter, in order to provide the features, build records and aggregate statistics, and for the other uses described in our privacy policy.

Tallyo is a free service provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be retired at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service. For results that matter, keep your own copy.

Signing in is optional and you may stop using your account at any time; accounts that break these terms may be restricted. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Contact: jackjia6@gmail.com.
